RFG Kick Shield

The RFG Kick Shield is designed for martial arts instructors, boxing coaches, and combat sports athletes who want to develop powerful and controlled kicking techniques. Suitable for kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, karate, and other martial arts training, this training shield provides a target for practising different types of kicks and striking combinations.

Kick shield training helps athletes work on kicking accuracy, balance, coordination, timing, and power control. Coaches can hold the shield while fighters practise front kicks, roundhouse kicks, side kicks, and combination drills under supervision. Its use in partner-based exercises allows trainers to guide athletes through structured sessions while developing proper striking technique and distance management.

The RFG Kick Shield is a useful addition to boxing gyms, martial arts academies, kickboxing clubs, and professional training facilities. It can be used alongside Thai pads, body shields, focus mitts, and boxing gloves to create a varied combat sports training routine.
